At Maison Grace Fortune, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Each Purpose Box is carefully prepared and packaged with intention.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the Purpose Box must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition. Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the package and the product. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
